Check-In & Check-Out Times & Policies
Check in at 3PM or later and check out by 11AM. We will make every attempt to greet if you if you arrive around the check in tme. Our hours at the Inn vary everyday and we do step out for meals or errands. With only 8 rooms, we cannot staff the Inn 24-7. We will try to accommodate you in every way possible!
After Hours Arrival
Self check-in is available for arrivals after 5 pm. Pull in behind the Inn and park. Then walk up the stairs to the back porch. Someone will be available to walk you through your check in remotely if you need assistance.
We will retain 50% of your deposit if you cancel 7 days or more out from your arrival date. We will retain 100% of your deposit if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date.
For Breakfast, we serve a gourmet continental breakfast Monday-Friday from 8-10am, and a hot plated southern breakfast promptly at 9:30am on Saturdays and Sundays. If you have any special dietary concerns, please notify us 48hrs before your arrival.
We DO NOT serve breakfast on Thanksgiving day, July 4, Christmas Day, & New Years Day. However, we will have grab and go options available!
The train tracks of Marietta, located roughly a block from the Inn, are a huge part of the city's history and continue to carry trains regularly. We have added soundproof windows in the Buckhead and Alpharetta rooms and are continuously trying to improve the lack of disturbance. To help assist anyone who is a light sleeper, we have provided noise cancelling machines and earplugs can be made available upon request.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. We have placed ash trays on porches.
The Westminster is our only dog-friendly room (sorry, but we cannot accommodate cats). It is located on the ground floor with a separate exterior entrance from a private fenced courtyard that your dog will love!
Is typically available directly behind the Inn. On weekends we can park at the bank next door in addition to the church across the street. We do not have the capability to host large camper vehicles so please arrange other parking solutions for that.
