special, and easy access for guests flying into Atlanta or driving up from the city.

Let's talk about the ballroom, because it's the whole reason people book us

Picture floor-to-ceiling windows, a brick fireplace that runs the full height of the wall, and heart-pine floors that have been holding up first dances for decades, and that people is what our ballroom looks like!

No uplighting trick or draped fabric fully replicates it, because it was not built for weddings. It was just built well, over a century ago, and it has aged into exactly the kind of space people now pay a premium to fake.

If your Pinterest board has a lot of "moody Southern romance" pins on it, this is probably where they came from.

What about outdoor space? Not everyone wants an indoor ceremony.

Fair. We have got a Savannah-style brick courtyard and two gazebos, so you are not stuck choosing between "historic mansion" and "outdoor ceremony." 

A lot of our couples do the ceremony outside under one of the gazebos and move the reception indoors once the sun starts to dip. It's an easy way to get golden-hour photos without gambling your whole day on the weather.

Is a downtown Marietta wedding venue actually more convenient than it sounds?

Genuinely, yes!

We are about 20 minutes from Atlanta and close to I-75, so out-of-town guests are not  fighting downtown traffic to get here. And because we are only four blocks from the Square, anyone staying overnight has restaurants, coffee shops, and a walkable historic downtown right outside their hotel door.

We also have onsite guest rooms in the Inn itself, so your wedding party (or your parents, or you two on your wedding night) don’t have to leave the property at all. That is one less logistics headache on a day that already has plenty.

What's it actually like planning here? Because "all-inclusive" gets thrown around a lot.

Coordinating a caterer, a florist, a DJ, and a photographer separately is basically a part-time job you didn't sign up for. That is the whole point of an all-inclusive package.
